Store Lee Valley Sorby Framing Chisels

These long, strong chisels are used for very deep mortising, or much like slicks for paring cuts.

The blades are 10 1/4″ to 11″ long and taper from 3/16″ at the bevelled cutting edge to 7/16″ at the shoulder. The 9″ long handle is large enough for two-handed paring cuts.
