Store Lee Valley Long-Handled Sauce Mop

Despite its unusual looks, this tool works remarkably well for basting.

The broad silicone bristles are covered in ridges and arranged in loose layers, so they can hold (and release!) a lot of sauce. It has an angled head and a stainless- steel handle about 16″ long to keep your hands away from the heat when reaching things at the back of the grill. Heat resistant to 650°F (340°C).

Top rack dishwasher safe. An excellent addition to any griller’s tool kit.
