Constructed from heavy-gauge steel with an aluminum coating for rust resistance and better heat transfer, the 8 1/2″ × 4 1/2″ × 2 3/4″ deep pan is made by hand with wire-reinforced rolled edges, giving it excellent strength and rigidity. Ridges on the bottom and sides of the pan allow better heat circulation for even cooking. The baking surface has a non-stick coating made of food-safe, BPA-free silicone for easier clean-up.
