Produced by a family-owned business in Ohio, the 2 gallon ceramic crock is modelled on a traditional design. Hand finished with a lead-free, food-safe glaze, it won’t retain food flavors and is easy to clean. Measures about 10 1/2″ in diameter by 9 1/2″ high.

The crock has a ceramic cover to shield contents during fermentation and a pair of semi-circular stoneware weights to keep ingredients submerged in brine throughout the process. Comes with a selection of easy-to-follow recipes.
