This cutter makes deep, clearly defined ridges more effectively than other versions we tried. Its 3 1/2″ wide stainless-steel blade is tall enough to cut through even large, tough root vegetables. The contoured handle fits well in the hand and has a rubber-like strip for a comfortable grip.
