New Lee Valley Ultimate Carryall

A boon for apartment dwellers, this folding hand truck with removable tote is ideal for carrying myriad items from groceries to laundry. It was developed at the request of a customer who asked us to design something better than the traditional, rickety wire-basket carts available.

The water-resistant, durable polyester tote has a generous primary storage area (12” × 10” × 21”) and a mesh top with drawstring closure to contain loose or oversize items. Four outside pockets organize sundries (magazines, water bottles, keys, etc.) and there is even a sleeve to hold an umbrella. The top is detachable. Large handles allow the tote to be carried when separated from the cart.

The 39″ tall chromed-steel cart, with a 10″ bed and 5 7/8″ diameter foam-filled rubber wheels, can travel up steps or through gravel with ease.

Capable of holding up to 60 lb, it doubles as a light-duty hand truck to haul small boxes or recycle bins, and comes with a bungee cord to secure loads.

Used in combination, the carryall is also excellent for transporting items to the cottage, the picnic site, outdoor sporting events, etc.
