New Lee Valley Steel Mortise Locks

The round-end case mechanism on these distance-to-pin locks makes them particularly suited for installation using a router, or by sequential drilling of 1 1/8″ dia. holes, just shy of 3/8″ deep. All steel construction, weathered, with a 3/16″ × 15/16″ tongue. Each is held in place by four round-head #4 screws, not included.

All locks have a width of 2 3/4″ and a selvedge and case depth of 5/8″.

• The 1 3/8″ deep lock has a 5/8″ (15mm) distance to pin
• The 1 1/2″ deep lock has a 13/16″ (20mm) distance to pin
• The 1 11/16″ deep lock has a 1″ (25mm) distance to pin
• The 1 7/8″ deep lock has a 1 3/16″ (30mm) distance to pin
• The 2 1/8″ deep lock has a 1 3/8″ (35mm) distance to pin
• The 2 5/16″ deep lock has a 1 5/8″ (40mm) distance to pin
