New Lee Valley Amana V-Groove CNC Router Bits

These solid carbide bits are suited for cutting decorative V-grooves and lettering on signs.

The 60° bit is triple-fluted with a 1/4″ diameter tip and is recommended for large lettering on signage and profiling cutouts.

The 90° bit is double-fluted with a 1/4″ diameter tip and is best used for larger, bold signage and chamfering the edges of cutouts.

Each bit is treated with a micro-thin ceramic coating to prevent high heat and oxidation, which helps the cutting edge retain its sharpness, and has a 1/4″ shank.
