Hot Lee Valley Mid-Length Bulb Planter

A convenient length for working in raised beds or from a seated or kneeling position, this medium-handled bulb planter is made to our specifications and will easily last a lifetime. About 23″ long overall, it lets you reach farther than a typical hand tool while still being easy to maneuver. Its narrow 1 3/4″ wide, 5 3/4″ long blade has a bevelled spear-point tip to penetrate soil easily.

Besides the beech handle, all components are stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance. The blade is well formed and secured to the tang with strong, smooth welds. Shaped for comfort, the handle is lacquered and has a stainless-steel ferrule that caps the end grain to prevent swelling or splitting.
