Fashion Lee Valley Bead Rail & Stile Set

Our professional/industrial grade bits have tungsten carbide inserts ground on CNC (Computer Numeric Control) machines using 600x diamond wheels. Tungsten carbide maintains its hardness at high temperatures and holds an edge far longer than high-carbon or high-speed steels. The bit bodies have a non-stick coating for easy resin removal.

This two-piece rail and stile set makes set-up fast and easy. For use on material 3/4″ to 1″ thick, it cuts a panel slot 1/4″ wide by 3/8″ deep by using a fence. The pilot bearings allow use on curved work with a template.

The body diameter is 1 3/8”, depth is 1″, shank diameter is 1/2″.

For better safety, these bits should be used only in a router table equipped with a fence and not used free hand.

The bit includes an advanced polymer friction-fit holder that can be mounted horizontally or upright.

Uses a 5/8″ × 1/4″ replacement ball bearing (available separately).
