Sifting flour is an important part of baking, as it introduces air into batter to help achieve light and airy results, as well as removing any lumps.

We tested numerous traditional sifters and sieves with both flour and icing sugar, and this style was hands down our favorite. Its very fine mesh provides control and consistency when sifting or dusting. The fineness of the mesh also means it excels at straining soup or bone broth.

Cleans up easily in soapy water or in a dishwasher. Measures 8″ in diameter with an 8″ handle.
