Cheap Lee Valley Three-Prong T-Nuts (1/4-20 Thread)

Generally used for plywood, these three-prong nuts have 3/4″ diameter flanges with a 5/16″ barrel height and a 7/32″ prong height. A 5/16″ pre-drill is recommended.
