Made of heavy-gauge steel with an aluminum coating for rust resistance and better heat transfer, the standard-size 8″ × 8″ × 2 1/4″ pan is hand made with wire-reinforced rolled edges, providing excellent strength and rigidity. Ridges on the sides and bottom of the pan allow better heat circulation for even cooking.

The baking surface has a non-stick coating made of food-safe, BPA-free silicone.
